Roasted Habanero - Spicy. Fruity. Floral. Our newest sauce and quick crowd favorite.  The heat of roasted habaneros gets balanced out and amplified with ginger and red bell peppers, resulting in a super versatile, floral sauce that is excellent with eggs, tacos, burgers, and wings.  

Roasted Fresno - Our small batch flame roasting process develops an aged, smoky flavor in the chiles that is balanced with a hint of sweetness.  The richness from this red pepper makes it great substitute for different srirachas.  This medium heat sauce goes great on everything (literally), so order two, because you'll be out before you know it. 

Roasted Hatch - Hatch Chile isn't just an ingredient, it's THE ingredient.  We've attempted to compliment and prop up this beautiful, singular flavor with a short list of simple ingredients, with just enough spice that you feel it, but not enough that you won't put it on everything. We use a hot variant of Hatch Chile called Matador, which has the perfect heat profile for a hot sauce and carries the flavor of the roast all the way through to the end.
