Outremer Perfume Extract

Imported from France, Outremer extracts can be worn as is or added to distilled water to make a light cologne ,or try  adding to a room diffuser. They are single notes and layer perfectly with each other. Our fav combos are Vanilla/Patchouli and Bergamot/Patchouli.
