Outremer Perfume Extract

Imported from France, Outremer extracts are highly concentrated and can be diluted with alcohol or added to distilled water to make a light cologne or try adding to a room diffuser. They are single notes and layer perfectly with each other.

Vanilla extract can develop solidified crystals when exposed to cold. These do not affect the fragrance
